Pricing

We price work on a fixed-fee basis wherever the scope can be defined. You get the number before we start, not as a surprise on the bill. Where scope cannot be predicted — contested administration, multi-year tax planning across moving inputs — we work on retainers with clear monthly caps.

Key Points

  • Fixed-fee for foundational estate plans, trusts, and routine administration
  • Bundled pricing for couples and families with coordinated planning
  • Retainer-based for ongoing advisory and complex multi-entity work
  • Free 20-minute discovery call before any engagement quote
  • Quotes provided in writing before any work begins

How a typical engagement is scoped

We start with a no-cost discovery call to understand your situation, goals, and constraints. If we are a fit, we send a written engagement letter with a fixed fee and a defined deliverables list. Work begins only after the engagement letter is signed and the initial payment is received.

What drives the fee

Estate complexity (number of entities, real properties, jurisdictions), tax exposure (federal estate, NY estate, NJ inheritance), trust structure (revocable only vs. multiple irrevocable trusts), and administrative scope (funding, beneficiary review, ongoing maintenance). We will tell you on the discovery call which range you are in.

Frequently Asked

Do you publish a price list?+

We do not publish fixed numbers because the right plan depends on your situation. We do commit to giving you a fixed quote up front — before any engagement — so you know the number before deciding.

What if my situation changes mid-engagement?+

If scope expands materially, we issue a written change order with a defined incremental fee before the additional work begins. No surprise bills.
